Learning Experience Design

I leverage Articulate Storyline to ​develop interactive and engaging e-​learning modules. My proficiency in ​Rise360 allows me to create ​responsive and visually appealing ​courses, fostering an optimal learning ​environment. Additionally, my skills ​extend to using Canva for designing ​captivating visual elements that ​enhance the overall learning ​experience.

Project Management

My project management skills are ​underscored by my successful ​leadership of multiple large-scale ​projects, such as steering a ​comprehensive leadership development ​program from inception to completion, ​inclusive of design and facilitation. ​Additionally, I spearheaded the ​implementation of Articulate Storyline ​across the reservations department, ​showcasing my ability to drive ​transformative initiatives to enhance ​organizational processes.

Training Facilitation

As a seasoned Training Facilitator, my ​expertise has been honed through a ​tenure as a Senior Facilitator for Vail ​Resorts. In this role I have facilitated ​many trainings including, leading a ​comprehensive 3-week program, ​mentoring and training new hires to ​ensure a seamless integration into the ​organization. Additionally, I facilitated ​a 6-week leadership development ​program tailored for G22 and G24 ​employees, contributing to their ​professional growth and skill ​enhancement.

Articulate ​Storyline

Client : Vail Resorts Reservations

A gap was identified for Travel Consultant new hire ​training employees were struggling to grasp the ​understanding of how to use their phone system, ​Revinate without being able to practice in a sandbox ​environment. Revinate does not provide a test ​environment for employees to practice using their ​system.


Due to this gap, I created a scenario-based e-learning ​in Articulate Storyline where new employees could ​go through various scenarios and be able to practice ​filling out a lead form in a non-live environment. Click ​on the photo to the left to experience the e-learning.

Rise 360

Client : Vail Resorts reservations

Travel Consultants at Vail Resorts are often faced ​with working with escalated guests, especially around ​the time that Epic Pass Products go off sale for the ​season. Many Travel Consultants, Lead Travel ​Consultants, and Senior Managers have expressed a ​need for de-escalation training around this subject.


I collaborated on a project with one other Senior ​Facilitator to create a Rise360 based, Epic Pass ​specific, self-guided, de-escalation training where ​learns would learn about the mind of an escalated ​guest, some of their own emotional triggers, and ​some ways we can manage escalated guests in ​regard to Epic Pass products. Google Maps

Client : Vail Resorts Reservations

A gap was identified for new Travel Consults moving through ​new-hire training. These Travel Consultants were tasked with ​learning 2 or more ski resorts including base areas, lodging ​options, rental shops, ski & ride school meet areas, lift ticket ​windows, and more. There was not a space for new employees ​to be able to the location of everything pertinent to them in one ​area, making it hard to conceptualize the area they would be ​selling for.


As this gap was identified and stakeholders were consulted, the ​idea of creating an interactive Google Map came to mind. A ​space for learners to be able to conceptualize and navigate the ​entire resort as it is relevant to their role. Click on the maps to ​the left to experience the interactive resource.


SOPs & ​Facilitator ​Frameworks

Client : Vail Resorts reservations

With continuous product improvements, resorts changes, and ​system upgrades, creating SOPs is a constant part of my role with ​Vail Resorts. As a team we have developed a standarization for ​these SOPs to make them as easily understood as possible. Along ​with written SOPs we have begun to implement video SOPs to ​accompany the documents as well. The implementation of these ​video SOPs is intended to help reach our visual learners better ​than we had been previously.


Along with SOPs, my role is also faced with not only developing ​content but developing the flow and process of the facilitation to ​make the training as streamlined as possible through the creation ​of facilitator frameworks.
